You will be asked to fill two forms. You can find a sample of the forms here. At this stage, you should have two main goals:

• Fill in the forms as quickly as possible with the bare minimum needed to proceed to the next stage
• Fill in all required details such that you won't have to make changes when you get to the verification stage. After all, if you keep making changes at that stage, other applicants will keep jumping ahead of you. Worst case? If your forms end up too rough you may be required to fill new ones.

This is where the NYSC registration battle is won or lost. Don’t worry I’m not about to simply echo the list of required documents mentioned on the official site.
